CHHATTISGARH ACT

THE CHHATTISGARH LAND REVENUE CODE (AMENDMENT)

An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959).

Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, as follows :-

Short titteand 1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code commencement' (Amendment) Act, 2018.

(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Amendment of 2. ln Section 231 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of Section2sT' 1959),insub-section(l), inclause (d),aflerthewords "forgaothan", the words " and establishment olGowshala and animal holding premises " shall. be inserted.
