NOTIFICATION
No. F 2-30/Revenue/Seven-2/2018. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 24 read with Section 11 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), the State Government, hereby, confers the powers of Tehsildar to probationary Deputy Collector posted in the districts and Deputy Collector posted on deputation of the post of Chief Executive Officer in the Janpad Panchayat.
