- In exercise of porvers conferred by the proviso to Article ³⁰⁹ of the Constitution of lndia, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendrnent in the Chhattisgarh Health and Family Welfare Department Non-ministerial Para-Medical and Nursing (Directorate Health Services) Class-lll Service Recruitment Rules,20l3, namely :-

In the said rules,-

In rule I I , in sub.rule Q), after clause (iii), the following shall be added, namely :- "(iv) in the examination coducated for direct recruitment, it shall be mandatory to obtain ³³ percent qualifoing marks by the candidates of unreserved category and 23 percent minimum qualifring marks by the candidates of reserved category."
