No. F 2 I -03/201 8Nine/55-4. - Whereas the Chhattisgarh Medical Council has resolved in meeting held on dated 14-03-2016 and has come to a conclusion and decided that certain diploma fellowship courses offered by the college of Physicians and Surgeons (CPS) Mumbai is Sufficient Guarantee that Person (s) Possessing Such qualification would possess the Knowledge and Skill requisite for practice of medicine, which is in consonance with the provisions laid under section 26 A of The Chhattisgarh Ayurvigyan Parishad Adhiniyam 1987 (No. 1 I of 1990);
And whereas, based on Such report/recommendation as furnished by the Council, the State Government thinks fit that possession of such qualification as so repofied/recommended by the council, entitle person (s) to have hisAer name (s) entered in the register;
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 A of the Chhattisgarh Ayurvigyan Parishad Adhiniyarn 1987 ( No. I I of 1990), the State Governrnent, hereby makes the following amendment, namely;-
