No. 1/312018-E-II (B), Government of India, Ministry ofFinance, Departrnent ofExpenditure, dated 28-03-2018, the State Government, hereby, enhances the Dearness Allowance payable to the Judicial Officers of the State whose pay scale have not been revised on the basis of 7th pay commission as an interim measure and to pensioner Judicial Officers of state and to Family Pensioneri of late Judicial Officers of the State, from the existing rate of l39Yo to I 42o/o with effect fr om I st January 20 I 8 "
