In pursuance ofthe provision contained in the proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 13 ofthe Chhattisgarhland Revenue Code, 1959 Q.{o. 20 of 1959), notice is hereby giventhat in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section I 3 ofthe said Code, the State Govemment proposes to alter the limits of Tehsil specified in column (3), to create anew Tehsil specified in column (4) and to define the limits thereofas specified in Schedule below.
The proposal shall be taken into consideration on the expiry ofsixty days from the date ofpublication ofthis notice in the Official Gazette and any objections or suggestions in respect thereofmay be fonrarded, in writing to the Secretary, Department ofRevenue and Disaster Management, Government of Chhattisgarh, Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralay4 Capitol Complex, Atal Nagar, Raipur; District Raipur before the expiry ofthe said period :-
