NOTIFICATiON
No. F 3-0112017 l3}lCult.-The Government of Chhattisgarh hereby approves and announces the formation of the "Chhattisgarh Film Development Corporation" as per Chhattisgarh Societies RegistrationAct,l9l3.
2. The Corporation shall work for the films in the languages of Chhattisgarhi and the various spoken languages in Chhattisgarh like Gondi, Halbi etc.
3. Approval is given for the registration of"Chhattisgarh Film Development Cotporation" as per the provisions ofChhattisgarh Societies Registration A ct, 1973 .
4. The Chhattisgarh Film Development Corporation will be governed by the board of directors whose members will be the following :-
i Person nominated by the Government of Chhattisgarh. - Chairman ii Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Culture, or
aperson nominated on his behalf (1.{ot below the rank of Deputy Secretary) - Member iii Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Finance, or
a person nominated on his behalf Q.trot below the rank of Deputy Secretary) - Member iv Director, Public Relations, Government of Ch,hattisgarh - Member
- Member v Director, Industries, Covernment of Chhattisgarh
- Member vi Managing Director, Chhattisgarh Tourism Board

vii Director, Directorate of Culture and Archaeology, Government of Chhattisgarh - Member yiii Non Official Mernbers - (Max 5 Numbers) - Nominated by the Government of Chhattisgarh ir Managing Director, Film Development Cotporation - Member Secretary 5. The duration of nominated Chairman and the other Non-official members will be as per the orders or wishes of the Government of Chhattisgarh.
6. The nominated Chairman and the other Non Official Members will be entitled to facilities as per the orders/ directives issued flom time to time by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
7. The Financial provisions and budget of Chhattisgarh Film Development Corporation will be done by itself and from the grant given by the State Govemment.
8 The State Govemment shall be empowered for Public benefit to supersede the Corporation. In such situations of supersession the board of directors will be automatically detached or ceased from office. In-case of the reorganisation ofthe corporation all its properties and assets will be placed under the custody of the Government, and the Managing Director will be custodian of the same"
9. The Government of Chhattisgarh has the power to dissolve the corporation and the board of dirbctors, the government shall also have the power to change the Chairman and the members of the board of directors.
l0 The corporation shall work and will be authorised to frame and enforce rules, formulate policies and other activities for the benefit of the film actors/writers and authors/capacity development of the persons, employees and workers and others who are utilised for a film.
11 The Head Office of the Chhattisgarh Film Development Corporation will be in Raipur.
The Cabinet of Chhattisgarh State Government has decided to from the Chhattisgarh Film Development Corporation on the 2l st August 2018.
