अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 4-14/2017/18. छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिक निगम अधिनियम, 1956 (क्र. 23 सन् 1956) की धारा 433 सहपठित धारा 58 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिक निगम (अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति तथा सेवा के निबंधन एवं शर्तें) नियम, 2018 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 5 में, उप-नियम (3) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(4) छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिक निगमों में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य शासकीय सेवा में उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ी भर्ती नियम, 2010 के प्रावधानों एवं समय समय पर जारी निर्देशों के अनुसार नियुक्ति की जायेगी।''
2. नियम 14 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''14. अधिवार्षिकी आयु.- (1) निगम के कर्मचारियों की अधिवार्षिकी आयु वही होगी, जैसा कि शासकीय कर्मचारियों की है। अटल नगर, दिनांक 17 सितम्बर 2018 क्रमांक एफ 4-14/2017/18. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 4-14/2017/18 दिनांक 17-09-2018 का अंंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 4-14/2017/18. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 433 read with sub-section (1) of Section 58 of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation (Appointment and Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Rules, 2018, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. In rule 5, after sub-rule (3), the following shall be added, namely:-
"(4) Appointment in Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporations shall be made as per the provisions of Chhattisgarh State Government Service Distinguished Players Recruitment Rules, 2010 and instructions issued from time to time."
2. For rule 14, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
