An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain furthersums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh for the services of the Financial Year
2018-2019"
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty- Ninth Year of the
Republic oflndia, as follows :-
1. ThisActmaybecalledtheChhattisgarh Appropriation (No.4)Act,2018" Short title" 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh there may be paid rssue of and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) of the Schedule, Rs' 24'33'78'00'100 including the sums specified in column (3) of the Schedule of the Chhattisgarh [""?";::,,;:i.T Appropriation Act, 2018, amounting in the aggfegate to the sums of Two Thousand Fund of the srate Four Hundred Thirfy Three Crore Seventy Eight Lakt One Hundred Rupees towards for the Financial defraying the several charges which will come inthe course of payment during the Year 2018-2019' firancial year2018-2019inrespectof services specified incolumn(2)oftheSchedule.
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied ftom and out of the Consolidated Fund of Appropriation" the State of Chhattisgarh by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said financial year.
