NOTIFICATION
No.F7-2612008/32.- The following fgrther amendment in the Chhattisgarh Bhumi Vikas Niyam, 1984, which the State Govemment proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 24, read with sub section (1) of Section 85 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973), is hereby, published as required under sub-section (l) of Section 85 of the said Adhiniyam, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette,
Any objection or suggestions regarding the said draft received in writing from any person before the specified period, office hours, by the office of the Principal Secretary, Department of Housing and Environment, Government of chhattisgarh, Room No. M-5/11, Mahanadi Bhawan , Mantralaya, Atal Nagar, Raipur, shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
DRAFT AMBNDMENT
In the said rules,-
In rule 94-A, in Appendix - O, in Para (1), for sub-para (A) and (C), the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"(A) Minimum Area :- While calculating minimum area for Integrated Township, forest area, water bodies, heritage area and environmentally sensitive area shall not be included. Minimum area for the integrated township within the towns of the State shall be as follows :-

(C) Layout Standards: - For different activities in the layout plan of integrated township, following land use percentage has to be provided compulsorily-
