No. F ¹-²⁷lfoodJ²⁰¹³l²⁹-⁷. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article ³⁰⁹ of the Constitution oflndia, the Govemor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment inthe Chhattisgarh Food, Civll Supplies and Consumer Protection (Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 20 I 3, namely ;.

In Schedule ofthe said rules,-

1. In Schedule-Il, for serial number 5 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
