No. F ²⁴-⁷¹²⁰⁰⁵/²⁰-³lPart - State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in Chhattisgarh Student Safety Insurance Scheme Rules, 2005 for implementation of Student safety insurance scheme, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

In rule 3, after the words "and colleges of Higher Education Department", the words "'along with the students enrolled in the Private Non-Government Schools under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (\lo. 35 of 2009) and regular students enrolled in D. A. V" Chief Minister Public Schools at Government level will 'also get the benefits of this scheme" shall be added.
