NOTIFICAIION

F. No. ¹⁰⁸³⁸/⁴O⁶⁴rXXI-B/C.G/¹⁸. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (¹) of Section ³ of the Previntion ofCorruption Act, 1988 (No. 49 of 1988) and in Consultation with the High Court ofChhattisgarh, the State covernment, in Supersession of earliar Notification No . 1806/2674/XXI-B/C.G./15,dated ⁰⁷-⁰⁸-²⁰¹⁵, hereby, appoint Shri Sunil Kumar Nande, Member ofHigher Judicial Service as Special Judge for Special Court (C.B.I. cases) established With head quarter at Raipur, exclusively for the trial ofoffences axising under the Prevention ofcorruption Act, 1988 (No. 49 of 1988), investigated by Delhi Special Police Establishment and Cental Bureau of Investigation for the area comprising all the revenue Disficts of State of Chhattisgaxh.
