No. F-4-281lHome-c12014.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 ofthe Chhattisgarh Visesh Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam, 2005 (No. 14 of 2006), the State Govemment hereby, extends the notification of this Department No. F-4-28lAIome-c12014, dated 06 December, 2017 and declares Janhit kranti Parly Organisation as Unlawful Organisations for a Further period of one year.
This Notification will remain in force for one year in Chhattisgarh with effect from l0 December,20l8.
