ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, ¹⁹⁸⁵ (No. 6l of I ⁹⁸⁵), the State Government with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following order, further to amend this department's previous notification, relating to the appointment of Special Judge for trial of offences under the said Act as mentioned in the Schedule below, namely :-

In the schedule of the said Notification, officers mentioned in column No. (2) is posted as Special Judge under Section 36(2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at the conesponding place mentioned in the column No. (3) of the said schedule, namely :-
