Noq therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by the provision to sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the National Security Act, 1 980 (No. 65 of 1980), the State Government hereby directs that the District Magistrate, District Raipur, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raigarh, Surguj4 Jashpur, Koria, Janjgir-Champa, Korba, Kabirdham, Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Jagdalpur, Dantewada, Kankel Bijapur, Narayanpur, Sukma, Kondagaon, BaTodabazar,Gariyaband, Bemetara, Balod, Mungeli, Surajpur, Balrampur may during the period From 1st Janu ary, 2019 to 3 l st March, 2019 if satisfied as provided in sub-section (2) ofthe said Section 3, exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (2) ofthe said Section 3 .
