In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Govemor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Veterinary (Gazetted) Recruitment Service Rules, 201 l, namely :-

In Schedule of the said rules,-
In Schedule-ilI, in serial number 1, for the entries relating to column (7), the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"Graduate in Veterinary Science llom any recognized University or Institution of lndia or Foreign and registered under Chhattisgarh State Veterinary Council, established under rule of law, before the date of advertisement of the post."
