No. F-5-04/VllllTrans./2018.-In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 32 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989, the State Government, hereby, provides to levy an additional charge from applicant mentioned in column (2) of Table below for sending Smart Card tlpe Driving Licence issue in Form-7 by the Transport Department to the applicant through speed post by the postal department and related expenses, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (1) of Section2l2 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (No.59 of 1988), namely:-
