Subject: Regarding amendments in the Indian Law Reports , Chhattisgarh Series Rules , 2003.
No. 7813 /Rules/2018 . On the subject cited above , it is to inform that , the High Court of Chhattisgarh proposes following amendment in the Indian Law Reports , Chhattisgarh Series Rules , 2003 : -
PROPOSED AMENDMENT
" Rule 7 be re - numbered as Rule 7( 1 ) and thereafter the following be added as sub- rule 7 (2 ) :
7(2): Tenure of the members of the Committee shall be for a period of 2 years . "
