ORDER
F. No. 1678/XXI-B/C . G./2019 . -Consequentto enhancement of rate of Dearness Allowance payable to Central Government officers/ employees vide O. M. No. 1/3 /2008 - E II ( B) , Government of India , Ministry of Finance , Department of Expenditure dated 11-09-2018 , the State Government , hereby, enhances the Dearness Allowance payable to the Judicial Officers of the State whose pay scale have not been revised on the basis of 7th pay commission as an interim measure and to pensioner Judicial Officers and to Family Pensioners of Late Judicial Officers of the State , from the existing rate of 142% to 148 % with effect from 1st July, 2018 .
