In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b ) of Section 5 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Courts Act, 1958 (No. 19 of 1958 ) , and in supersession of all previous Notifications , the State Government , hereby, establishes with effect from 27-02-2019 Courts of Additional District Judge, Civil Judge Class - I and Class - II in the following 23 (Twenty Three ) Civil Districts of the State as specified against each Civil District in the schedule below, namely: -
