- In exercise ofpowers conferred by sub rule (²) of rule ⁵ ofthe Chhattisgarh Lower Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006 (as amended time to time) and in view of the directions of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in its order dated 04-01-2017 passed in C.
