Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by the provision to sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (No. 65 of 1980), the State Government hereby directs that the District Magistrate, District Raipur, Bilaspuq Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raigarh, Surguja, Jashpur, Koria, Janjgir-Champa, Korba, Kabirdham, Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Jagdalpur, Dantewada, Kanker, Bijapur, Narayanpuq Sukma, Kondagaon, Balodabazar, Cariyaband, Bemetara, Balod, Mungeli, Surajpur, Balrampur may during the period From I stApril, 2019 to 30 June, 2019 if satisfied as provided in sub-section (2) ofthe said Section 3, exercise the powers confened by sub-section (2) ofthe said Section 3.
