Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 56 of the Representation of the people Act, {{^{{FOOTNOTE 1951}}}} the Election Commission of India hereby makes the following amendment in its Notification No. 464/EPS12019(3) dated 28th March, 2019 referred to above namely :- In the Table below the Schedule to the said Notification, for the existing entry in column (4), against 76-Simri Bakhtiarpur, 148-Alauli (SC) and 150-Beldaur Assembly Segments o125 Khaga.ia parliamentary Constituency in the State of Bihar and {{^{{FOOTNOTE 08}}}}-Samri (ST) Assembly Segments of 0l-SurgulalSf; parliamentary Constituency in the State of Chhattisgarh, the following entries shall be substituted, ,u-.ty :-' The hour of Poll for the rest of the Parliamentary Constituencies/Assembly Segments will remain the By order sd/- (Sumit Mukherjee) Principal Secretary to the Election Commission of India. ↩
