Pay and Allowances) Rules, 1967, namely:-
AMENDMENT
"1O-4. Special Provision Relating to Municipal Schools Transferred to School Education Department.- Promotion to the posts of principal, l,ecturer, Upper Division Teacher/Head Master of Municipal schools, whose management has been transferred on or after the first day of May, 2015 to the School Education Department, if candidates are available in the feeder cadre, shall be done by the Municipality as was being done formerly; but if candidates for these posts are not available in the feeder cadre then such posts shall be deemed to have been transferred to the School Education Department and vacancies in such posts shall 2.
