No. F I -212019111-Two.- Whereas, the State Government has appointed Secretary Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Chhattisgarh as Commissioner, Food Safety for the State of Chhattisgarh by Notification N o.F 25-l5l20O9llxl55, dated 1Oth October, 2014 and assigned Additional Charge of Controller, Food and Drugs Administration Chhattisgarh to Shri Satya Narayan Rathore, IAS till furlher order by Order No. E-1-10120091 One-2,dated l5-03-20lgofGovernmentofChhattisgarh,GeneralAdministrationDeparlment.
Whereas, the State of Government on behalf of the Commissioner, Food Safety, in exercise of the powers confered under sub-section (3) ofSection 30 ofthe Food Safety and StandardAct, 2006 (No. 34 of2006), hereby, delegates the powers of Commissioner, Food Safety, Chlattisgarh to Shri Satya Narayan Rathore, IAS, Controller, Food and Drugs Administration, Chhattisgarh, till further order, for carrying out the function and performing the duties of Commissioner, Food Safety, except the power to appoint Designated Officer, Food Safety Otficer and Food Analyst under sub- section (2) ofSection 30 oftheAct, monthly report ofthe works done under sub-section (2) ofSection 30 of the said Act shall be compulsorily submitted to the Commissioner, Food Safety by Satya Narayan Rathore, IAS, Controller, Food and Drugs Administration.
