F.No.5539/1719IXXI-B/C.G.12019.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Family Courts Act,1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh, making further amendments in this department's previous notifications N o.15011D-397/XXI-B/C.G./2005 Raipur, dated24-02-2005 read with F.No. 6851l2l54lXXl-BlC.G.12017 RaipuE dated22-07 -2017, hereby, establishes the following Family Courts with Ilom 6th July, 20 I 9, namely:-
