No. F 2l-0612007 /lxl55-3.- In exercise ofthe powers confened by Rule 152 ofthe Drugs and Cosmetic Rules, 1945 and in Supersession ofthis Department's Notification No.F-2-43 12011lIX/55,Dated 20th December,20l l, the State Government, Hereby, appoints Dr. KumarAdvani, O.S.D. and Drug Inspector (A.S.U.) Podted at Directorate, Ayurveda Yoga and Naturopathy Unani and Homeopathy, Chhattisgarh having prescribed qualification, as the Licensing Authority for the whole State of Chhattisgarh and appoints as Approving Authority under rule 160-A, for the purpose ofpartXVI (A) ofthe Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
