NOTIFICATION
No. F 1O-5/2Ol9lL6.- The following further draft amendment in the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments Rules 1959, which the State Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 59 of the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments Act, 1958 (No. 25 of 1958), is hereby, published as required under sub-section (3) of Section 59 of the said Act, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after expiry of fifteen days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any person before the specified period during office hours, by Oflice of the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Labour, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Atal Nagar, Raipur, shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
DRAFT AMENDMENT
In the said rules,- 1. For rule 4 and 5, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"4. Period of validity of Registration Certificate.- The Registration Certificate granted under sub-section (3) of Section 6 shall remain valid till the date of closure as notified by the employer.
5. Fees for Registration Certificate.- Every registration certificate issued under sub- section (21 of Section 6 shall be issued on payment of a fee specified below for that class of establishment-

| 4. | All establishments employing 10 or more than 10 emplovees | Rs. TWo hundred fifty |

Provided that all the employers who have obtained registration before 2510612014 shall compulsorily obtain registration after the amendment of these rules." In rule 6, in proviso, for the words "registration or renewal", the word "registration" shall be substituted.
