Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by the provision to sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the National SecurityAct, 1980 (No. 65 of 1980), the State Government hereby directs that the Disfiict Magistrate, District Raipur, Bilaspur, RajnandgaorL Durg, Raigm[ Surguj4 Jashpur, Kori4 Janjgrr-Champa, Korbq Kabirdham, Mahasamun4 Dhamtari, Jagdalpur, Dantewad4 Kanker, Bijapur, Narayanpur, Sulan4 Kondagaon, Balodabazar, Gariyaband, Bemetara, Balo{ Mungeli, Surajpur, Balrampur may during the period From I st July, 2019 to 3 0 Septembeq 20 1 9 if satisfied as provided in sub-section (2) ofthe said Section 3, exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (2) ofthe said Section 3.
