No. F-⁴-³³lHome-c/²⁰¹³. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of Section ³ ofthe Chhattisgarh Visesh Jan Suraksha Ac! 2005 (No. 14 of 2006), the State Government, hereby, extends notification No. F-4-33lHome-cl20l3 dated0l August,2018 ofthis Deparhentand declaresthe "ChetraNatyaManch(CNM)" as Unlawful Organisations for a Further period of one year.

This notification shall remain in force for one year in Chhattisgarh with effect from 16 August, 20 I 9.
