State Government is pleased to appoint following Advocate on record, Supreme Court, as Additional Advocate General for the State of Chhattisgarh, for conducting the cases relating to Chhattisgarh in the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, from the date they assume charge of their office as under :-

Their Head Quarter shall be at New Delhi. They may be directed by the State Government to represent the State in other courts of India from time to time.

Both parties shall be at liberty to terminate the contract at any time.

Their fee and condition of service shall be govemed by the provisions of Law Department Manual and directions/order issued flom time to time by the Govemment of Chhattisgarh.
