NOTIFICATION
No. F l0-5/2019116. - ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 59 of the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments Act, 1958 (No.25 of 1958), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh shops and Establishments Rules 1959, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (3) of Section 59 of the said Act, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
l. For rule 4 and 5, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"4. Period of validity of Registration Certificate.- The Registration Certificate granted under sub-section (3) of Section 6 shall remain valid till the date of closure as notified by the employer.
5. Fees for Registration Certificate.- Every registration certificate issued under sub-section (2) of Section 6 shall be issued on payment of a fee specified below for that class of establishment-

| All establishments having no employees | Rs. One hundred | |
| 2. | All establishments employing not more than 3 emolovees | Rs. One hundred fifty |
| All establishments employing more than 3 but less than 10 emolovees | Rs. Two hundred | |
| 4. | All establishments employing l0 or more than 10 emolovees | Rs. Two hundred fifty |
Provided that all the employers who have obtained registration before 25-06-2014 shall compulsorily obtain registration after the amendment of these rules."
2. In rule 6, in proviso, for the words "registration or renewal", the word "registration" shall be substituted.
