NOTIFICATION

No. F ⁷-⁸l²Ol¹/¹⁸. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section ⁴³³ read with Sections 292-A, 292-8, 292-C, 292-F, 292-l of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956) and Sections 355 and 356 read with Sections 339-A, 339-8, 339-C, 339-F, 339-I of the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation and Municipalities (Registration of Colonizer, Terms and Conditions) Rules,2Ol3, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

In rule 15-A,- (0 in Heading, for figures and words "3lst December, 2014., the figures and words "31st July, 2019. shall be substituted;

(ii) in sub-rule (1), for the figures and words "31st December, 2Ol4', the figures and word "31st July, 2079' shall be substituted;

(iii) in sub-rule (1), in clause (iii), for the words "twenty-five percent", the words "ten percent" shall be substituted; and

(iv) in sub-rule (2l,for the ligures and words "31st December, 2074", the figures and words "3lst July, 2019" shall be substituted
