No./155/DP-123/T&CPl20l9. - Notice is hereby given that the draft of development plan for Saraipali Planning Area has been published in accordance with the provision of sub-section (l ) of Section 1 8 of the Ctrhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973) a copy thereof is available for inspection at the office of Collector-Mahasamund, ChiefMunicipal Offrcer, Municipal Council Saraipali and Assistant Director, Town & Country .
