No./I56/DP-l32lT&CP12019. - Notice is hereby given that the draft of development plan for Bagbahara Planning Area has been published in accordance with the provision of sub-section ( I ) of Section I 8 of the Chhauisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973) a copy thereof is available for inspection at the office of Collector-Mahasamund, Chief Municipal Offrcer, Municipal Council Bagbahara and Assistant Director, Town & Country Planning, Regional Offrce Mahasamund during office hours. An exhibition is also organizeddated22-08-2O19' at 12:00 O'clock at Meeting Hall ofJanpad Panchayat Office, Bagbahara.
The particulars of the said draft plan have been specified in the schedule below-
If there be any objection or suggestion with respect to the said Draft plan, it should be sent to the above places before the expiry of 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Chhattisgarh Gazette.

(0 Narrative report explaining the provision of the draft development plan supported by maps and charts.
(g) Noteindicatingphasingofimplementationofthedraftplanand stating the manner in which permission to development to be obtained.
(h) Note indicating an appropriate estimate of the cost of land acquisition for public purposes, and the cost of works involved in the implementation plan.
