No. F-09/2015/Seven-1 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-seCtion (l) of Section 8 of the Chhattisgarh (Adhosanrachna Vikas Eualn Paryavaran ) Upkar Adhiniyam, 2OO5 (No.7 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the said Adhiniyam, namely :-
