No. F -4-175lHome-c/2019.-In pursuance of the provision of Section 28A of the Representation of the PeopleAct, l95l (No.43 of 1951) and in view ofthe directions contained inthe Election Commission oflndia's letterNo. 434/|/ESO26/94 MCS, dated 24th October, 1994, all Police Officers designated by the State Government for the conduct of Bye-Elections, 2019 to the 87-Chitrakot (Scheduled Tribes), Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly, shall be deemed to be on deputation to the Election Commission for the period commencing on and from 23rd September, 2019, the date of notification of calling for such election and ending with the date of declaration of the result of such election and accordingly, such Police Officers shall, during that period, be subject to the confiol, superintendence and discipline of the Election Commission.
