No. F4-55/Thre e-Jail/ 2017.-[n exercise of the powers conferred by Section 59 of the Prisons Act, 1894 (No. IX of 1894), the State Governmen! hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Prisons Rules, 1968 namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules :-
In rule 178-A, after sub-rule (3), the following shall be adde4 namely :-
'(4) If the period of hospitalization for featrnent of a prisoner completes thirty days regularly, his further course of treatment shall be as recommendend by a State Level Medical Board constituted by Director, Health Service to examine the prisoner patient."
