NOTIFICATION

No. F ⁴-¹⁰⁸/Home-c¹²⁰¹⁷. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (¹) of Section ³ of the Chhattisgarh Visesh Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam 2005 (No. 14 of 2006), the State Government hereby, extends the notification ofthis Department No. F-4- 108/Home-cl20l7 , dated 13 November, 2018 and declares "J. J. M. P. (Jharkhand Jan Mukti Parisad)" Organisation as Unlawful Organisations for a further period of one year.

This Notification will remain in force for one year in Chhattisgarh with effect from I 5 November, 2019.
