F. No./l l8l0/35l3DfiI-B/C.G.2019.- Consequentto enhancement ofrate ofDeamessAllowance payable to Central Governmerit officers/employees vide O. M. No. ll3 (1)/2008-E. II (B) of Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, dated 25th October, 2019,the State Government, hereby, enhances the Dearness Allowance payable to the Judicial Offrcers of the State whose pay scale have not been revised on the basis of 7th pay commission recommendations as an interim measure and to pensioner Judicial Officers and to Family Pensioners of late Judicial Officers of the State who me receiving Pension/Family Pension on the basis of Justice Padmanabhan Committee Report from the existing rate of l54ohto l64ohwitheffect from lst July, 2019.
