In Schedule of the said rules,-
In Schedule-C, for entry in column (2) of serial number l, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"Secretary,who shall be a Judicial Offrcer as defined in sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Legal Services Authorities A ct, 1987 (No. 3 9 of I 9 87), appointed by the State Authority."
