NOTIFICATION
No. F 3-5912019/9/55-4.-In exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (4) of Section 9 of the Transplantation ofHuman OrgansAct 1994 (No. 42 of 1994),the State Government, hereby, reconstitute the previously constituted State Authorization Committee for the purposes of the provisions of the said Act, consist of the following members:-
(l) Superintendent,Dr.B.R.AmbedkarMemorialHospital,Raipur,
@ HOD, Medicine Departrnent, Pt. J. L. N. MedicalCollege, Raipur,
(3) HOD, PatholoryDepartment, Pt. J. L. N. Medical College, Raipur,
(4) Dr. Sandeep Dave, M. S. Surgeon (Member),
(5) Dr. Sunanda Dhenge, Forensic Expert (Member).
2. The Senior most physician among the above mentioned in serial No. l, 2 and 3 shall be the Chairman of the Committee.
3. The presence ofthe representative ofPrincipal Secretary/Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department and representative of Director, Health Services shall be mandatory in the meeting ofthe Committee. The Committee shall submit a report every month to the State Government in relation to the work done by it and such other mafters according to the provisions of the said Act.
