No. Fl0-4/2019/16.- In Exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 2l of the Chhattisgarh Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1961 (No. 26 of 1961), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the chhattisgarh Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Rules 1963, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (3) of Section 21 of tlle said Act, namely :-

In the said rules,-
In part-Il, in the Annexure, in serial number l4-A(1-a), for the word and figure "60 years", the word and figure "62 years" shall be substituted.
