No. F 7-l2l20l9ll2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 26 of the Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 ( No. 67 of 1957) read with clause (c) of rule 3 of the Mineral Conservation and Development Rules, 2017, the State Government, hereby, authorizes officers as specified in column (2) of the Table below for area as specified in corresponding column (3) of the said table, to exercise the powers conferred under rule a5 0\@) (i), (ii) and rule 45 (7Xb) of the said rules, namely :-
