No. F l-208/2019/18 . - In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sub-section (3) of Section I of the Chhattisgarh Municipalities (Amendment) Act, 2019 (No. l8 of 2019), (hereinafter called;the Act',), which replaces the Chhattisgarh Municipalities (Amendment) Ordinance,2019 (No.3 of 2019), the State Government hereby appoints 25th day of October 2019, which is the date when the above Ordinance was promulgated as the date from which the provisions of the Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
