NOTIFICATION
No. F 4-14/2017/29-1.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) and vide Order No.S.O.434l(E), dated 3rd December,2019 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, the State Govemment, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Commodities Dealers (Licensing and Restriction on Hoarding) Order, 2009, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said order,-
l. In clause 2, in sub-clause (c), in entry (iv), for the figure and words "250 quintal", the figure and words "150 quintal" shall be substituted.
2. In Schedule-Il, for serial number 5 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
