And whereas, having regard to the circumstances prevailing in the areas within the local limits ofjurisdiction of theAll District Magistrate, District Raipur, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raigarh, Surguja, Jashpw, Koria, Janjgir- Champa, Korba, Kabirdham, Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Jagdalpur, Dantewada, Kanker, Bijapur, Narayanpur, Sukma, Kondagaon, Balodabazar, Gariyaband, Bemetara, Balod, Mungeli, Surajpur, Balrampur the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary so to do;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by the provision to sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the National SecurityAct, 1980 (No. 65 of 1980), the State Government hereby directs that the Disfict Magistrate, District Raipur, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raigartr, Surguja, Jashpur, Koria, Janjgir-Champa, Korba, Kabirdham, Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Jagdalpur, Dantewada, Kanker, Bijapw, Narayanpur, Sulanq Kondagaoq Balodabazar,Gariyaband, Bemetara, Balod,Mungeli,Surajpur,BalrampurmayduringtheperiodFromlstJanuary,2020to3lstMarch,2020ifsatisfiedas provi{ed in sub-section (2) ofthe said Section 3, exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (2) ofthe said Section 3.
