NOTIFICATION

No. F 07-13/2017132.- ln exercise of the powers conferred by Section 84 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016), the State Govemment, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhauisgarh Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Rules, 2017,namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

l. For rule 3, in sub-rule (3), for clause (d), the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"(d) In case of residential land development project, five rupees per square but not exceeding two lakhs rupees "

2. In Rule 3, in sub-rule (3), after clause (d), the following shall be inserted, namely :-

"(e) Those projects in case of mixed development (residential and commercial), where the area of the proposed land to be developed is not more than 1000 square meter, eight rupees per square meter and for projects where the proposed land to be developed is more than 1000 square meter, ten rupees per square meter, but not exceeding Rs. 5 lakhs.

(f) In case of commercial plot development project where the area of the proposed land to be developed is not more than 1000 square meter, fifteen rupees per square meter and for those projects where the area ofthe proposed land to be developed is more than 1000 square meter, twenty rupees per square meter but not exceeding Rs. 8 lakhs. "
