NOTIFICATION
No.154/CGlV20l9-P.Admn.-Inexerciseofthepowersconferredbysub-section(1)ofSection l3Aofthe Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Chhattisgarh hereby nominates Ms. Kangale Reena Babasaheb, IAS, (CG:2003) as the Chief Electoral Offtcer for the State of Chhattisgarh with effect from the date she takes over charge and until further orders vice Shri Subrat Sahoo,IAS.
2. Ms. Kangale Reena Babasaheb shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Chhattisgarh, which she may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Ms. Kangale Reena Babasaheb while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Chhattisgarh shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government ofChhattisgarh except that she should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Deparfinent in the State Secretariat.
